By downloading, accessing, or using the Rest Coach mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Rest Coach is an AI-powered sleep coaching application that provides personalized voice-based coaching sessions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide general sleep wellness guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The coaching and guidance provided by Rest Coach is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be and should not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or sleep disorder. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have heard or received from Rest Coach.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Rest Coach offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's store settings.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation — are the exclusive property of Rest Coach or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Coaching session transcripts are generated during your use of the Service. You retain ownership of your personal health data (which remains on your device). By using the Service, you acknowledge that session transcripts may be stored on our servers to provide conversation continuity and session history features.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REST COACH AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Upon account deletion, all your session data will be permanently removed from our servers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
