Whoop or Oura connections
Tell us which wearable you are connecting and the step where the connection failed. Do not send wearable access tokens.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Include the store and subscription status you see, but do not send payment-card information.
Privacy and account deletion
Review our Privacy Policy or use the Account deletion page to delete your account and associated data without access to the app.

Rest Coach is a general wellness tool, not a medical device or emergency service. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
