Delete your Rest Coach account
Rest Coach is operated by Rest Coach LLC. You can permanently delete your account and associated data in the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.
Delete in the app
Open Rest Coach and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is permanent.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address registered to your Rest Coach account, or include that account email in your request. We may verify account ownership before processing the request.

What deletion removes
- Your Rest Coach account and profile information
- Coaching sessions, summaries, and synced sleep metrics
- Coaching memory, including your dossier and commitments
- Stored Whoop and Oura connection tokens
- Rest Coach data stored locally on the device when deletion is completed in the app
Subscriptions are separate
Canceling a subscription does not delete your Rest Coach account, and deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store where you purchased it before deleting your account to prevent future renewal charges.
